The International Poultry Expo-2025 is a premier event designed to support and advance the poultry and allied industries of Pakistan. Organized by the Pakistan Poultry Association, the Expo serves as a vital platform for stakeholders to collaborate, innovate, and strengthen the future of poultry farming in the region.

Aims & Objectives of the Association

The Pakistan Poultry Association was established with the following core objectives:

1. Promote Unity & Growth:
   Foster strong relationships among members and the broader trade community to protect business interests and promote sustainable development in poultry farming and allied sectors across Pakistan.

2. Address Industry Challenges:
   Identify and resolve challenges faced by poultry farmers and stakeholders through strategic planning and collaborative solutions.

3. Disseminate Industry Knowledge:
   Collect, publish, and share relevant statistics, publications, and bulletins that benefit members and enhance industry transparency.

4. Advocacy & Representation:
   Engage with government bodies and private institutions at local, provincial, and federal levels to represent and protect the interests of the poultry sector.

5. Policy Participation:
   Advise the government in developing progressive poultry policies and contribute to their effective implementation.

6. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration:
   Provide arbitration services to settle disputes among members according to the Association’s arbitration rules.

7. Promote Ethical Practices:
   Work actively to eliminate unethical practices from the poultry, trade, and commerce sectors.

8. Support Industry Alliances:
   Cooperate with the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) and other national and international organizations to advance shared goals.

9. Strengthen Infrastructure Coordination:
   Coordinate efforts such as Jallo Railway Station improvements through dedicated standing committees.

10. Promote International Linkages:
    Facilitate formation of national-level bodies like the National Arbitration Association of Pakistan and develop affiliations with global organizations, with government approval.

11. Support Industry Development:
    Initiate research, simplify trade rules, and take any necessary measures to advance poultry industry standards and overall trade progress.

Vision & Mission

The Pakistan Poultry Association is dedicated to:

• Promoting and protecting poultry production, distribution, and consumption in Pakistan.

• Expanding markets by sharing research and knowledge on efficient poultry production and marketing.

• Encouraging youth participation and development in the poultry industry.

• Supporting research and innovation to bridge the gap between supply and demand of protein sources.

Why it Matters:
Poultry remains the most affordable and accessible animal protein source in Pakistan. With the decline in red meat availability, poultry plays a critical role in ensuring food security and stabilizing protein prices nationwide.

Future Outlook – Vision 2025

The poultry industry is poised for significant growth. The Association’s projections include:

• Broiler Sector Growth: Expected to grow by 5% annually, with potential for up to 10% if Pakistan’s GDP grows at 6–8% per annum.

• Layer Sector Growth: Projected at 3% annually, with potential to reach 5–7% growth alongside GDP expansion.
